Returns

We want you to happy with your Bodhi Designs purchase. We accept returns on item(s) that are unworn, unwashed, with all labels and hangtags intact, in original packaging, in re-sellable condition within 14 days of purchase.

How to Return Item(s):

  1. Please email orders@bodhidesigns.com with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for your return. A UPS return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
  2. Please keep returned merchandise in original packaging.
  3. Once you receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from customer service, please indicate the RA number (R###) on the outside of the box where it is visible. Without this RA # the items will not be accepted for return.
  4. Please make note of your UPS return tracking number in the event you wish to monitor your return shipment. Bodhidesigns.com is not responsible for any lost returns.
  5. An $8.00 shipping return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  6. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.
  7. We will refund the price of the merchandise, including any taxes you were charged (excluding applicable shipping charges), upon receiving the return. Please allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Return Details

All "Sale" items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to insure they’re in salable condition. Bodhidesigns.com reserves the right to deny any refund if the return does not meet the return policy requirements.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email at orders@bodhidesigns.com within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. We will email you a UPS label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt - with the condition that merchandise has not been worn or washed with all tags attached.

Exchanges

In order to expedite our purchase process, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Placing a second order for the correct size and color will ensure you receive what you need without waiting for an exchange to process. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.
